Fulbright BAFTA Scholarship

The Fulbright-BAFTA Postgraduate Scholarship provides funding for UK students to pursue a master’s degree in film, or discipline related to the practical art forms of the moving image, at any accredited US university.

The master’s degree may include disciplines that would traditionally feed into the practical work of the Film and Television industries, such as design, visual effects, animation, writing and cinematography. This scholarship is not intended for the study of acting, nor is it intended for students of film history, theory or criticism.

The British Academy of Film and Television Arts - BAFTA - is a world-leading independent arts charity.

In addition to its Awards ceremonies, BAFTA has a year-round, international programme of learning events and initiatives that offers unique access to some of the world’s most inspiring talent through workshops, masterclasses, scholarships, lectures and mentoring schemes in the UK, USA and Asia.
