Toks Ogunbayo

Head of Finance and Accounting

Toks joined the Commission in January 2024 on a one-year fixed term contract as Head of Finance and Accounting, effectively supporting the Director of Finance in providing a finance service to the organisation. He is a fully qualified accountant and a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA). He also holds a BA Hons degree in Business Studies from The University of Westminster.

Toks has previously worked in a number of both public sector and private sector organisations, notably he spent a significant period of time working for a Housing Association which provided Housing, Care and support to people with Learning Disabilities, and furthermore working for a Non-Governmental Departmental Public Body (Quango) funded by the DFE charged with delivering on the then Government’s Building Schools for the Future Capital programme.

More recently he has been working for a variety of charitable organisations on a short-term contract basis.

When not working Toks enjoys flying drones, DIY, cycling and travelling.
