- A university-style taster lecture from Dr William D. J. Rees
This webinar provides an overview of American Studies and the experience of studying in the USA as part of your degree. The session will include a taster lecture from Dr William D. J. Rees, a researcher at the University of Colorado Boulder and Early Career Representative for the British Association for American Studies. Dr Rees specialises in late twentieth-century American culture, exploring topics such as hippie and disco movements to understand wider questions around American history, identity, and society.
There will be a short Q&A at the end.
