Monica is a Chartered Business Psychologist with a decade of experience advising business and government leaders. She has been working as Client Director at London Business School, Global Change & Learning Manager at HSBC and a Management Consultant at KPMG in recent years.
She also worked at Scotland Yard when she won a Fulbright Police Scholarship and became a Research Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School and Harvard Business School. During the scholarship, she carried out research on best practices in leadership development at the FBI, NYPD, LAPD and the Canadian Police. Monica has presented her work at the Embassy of India and at Goldsmiths College, University of London, and was interviewed by the BBC and the Sunday Times. In 2019, Monica won the Best Professional Award at the She Inspires Awards hosted at the British Parliament. She is also the Chair of the Harvard Kennedy School London Alumni Network. Monica is committed to the Fulbright mission and is an AAC member, organising events for Fulbrighters, and is involved in the selection of future Fulbright Scholars.
