Elon University

The Fulbright Elon University Award allows academics and professionals to teach and pursue independent research in any subject area offered by the university.

This grant can cover a semester or one academic year.

Grantees typically teach relevant two courses within Elon's list of disciplines.

They devote their remaining time to pursuing independent research in any subject offered at Elon or at nearby research facilities such as the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill or Duke University. Elon offers a library loan scheme with these and other nearby institutions.

Grant amount

  • On-campus one-bedroom flat
  • $5,000 per month

This is intended as a contribution towards any institutional fees and accommodation & maintenance costs while in the USA.
