Event programme advertising

Universities can benefit from additional promotion at USA College Day by advertising in the event programme.

If you would like your institution to have additional exposure at College Day, you may wish to take out an advertisement in the event programme, which is distributed to all student attendees at College Day. Advertisers receive a full page space (A4) to promote their university to potential UK students.

The programme also includes in-depth articles about applying for US study, meaning visitors often continue to consult their College Day event programmes throughout the application process. Advertising in the event programme offers additional opportunities for repeated engagement with students, parents, and counsellors!

All adverts must be paid for and submitted to the Fulbright advising team at collegeday@fulbright.org.uk by 5 July. You can specify your interest in an advert on the registration form. If you would like an advert but are not attending the event please e-mail us.

Advert specifications

Please be sure that adverts are in line with the following specifications:

  • Full page A4
  • Colour
  • Page trim size: A4 297 (height) x 210 (width) mm
  • Page type area: 250 (height) x 180 (width) mm
  • Allow at least 3mm bleed on any ads requiring bleed

All advertisements must be submitted as a PDF, with all fonts embedded. Images must be supplied as colour 300dpi or higher, and all transparencies must be flattened.
