If you advise students interested in US study, these training sessions are not to be missed! Advisor training seminars include in-depth information on the US higher education system from experts in the field. Learn how to help your student ace admission exams, find funding for US study, choose a university and successfully complete their applications, as well as your role with references, transcripts and application forms.
Please note Fulbright advisors often give talks on US study and admissions at conferences such as National Career Guidance Shows, UCAS advisors conference, etc.
This conference has become a must-attend event for any school with students interested in applying to the States! This year we’ve again assembled admissions experts from top American universities who will be offering parallel sessions covering every angle of the process. Whether you are a seasoned expert or the new kid on the block, there will be a range of sessions on specific areas of financial aid, the application process and a glimpse behind admissions office doors. This event is run in partnership with Wellington College and Uni in the USA.
Who should attend? School advisors and career guidance counsellors, as well as Director of Studies, Year 12 Tutors and Heads of 5th and 6th form.

If you advise students interested in postgraduate study in the US, we'd strongly recommend attending our USA Grad School Day workshop.
Our advisors also occasionally speak at advisor conferences such as AGCAS as well and make individual university visits.
Please note that with a team of three staff charged with reaching several thousand schools and universities, nearly all of our outreach is aimed at:
As much as we would like to do more outreach, due to limited staff capacity, it is unlikely we will be able to do any individual school visits at this time.
For schools within the London area, students and advisors are encouraged to attend an undergraduate seminar in London. For students and advisors unable to attend our London-based events, please refer to the study in the USA section of our website, webinars and enquiry service.
