British Friends of Harvard

 

BFHBS logoThe British Friends of Harvard Business School is a British registered charity set up in 1990 by the Harvard Business School of London.  Since its founding, the aim of the charity has been to raise necessary funds for low income British citizens to attend the Harvard Business School.  The British Friends of Harvard awards a scholarship that covers first year tuition costs toward MBA programmes at Harvard Business School.

In addition to financial assistance, the British Friends of Harvard Business School’s unique partnership with the Fulbright Commission offers a number of memberships and networking opportunities, sickness and accident benefit coverage, Visa sponsorship, pre-departure support in the UK, on-the ground support in the US, and more.

Fast Facts

·         British Friends was set up by UK Harvard Business Alumni in 1992 to help other financially needy UK students to attend Harvard Business School.

·         The British Friends of Harvard has sponsored 45 awards to date, which is over £665,000

·         The fund has grown; it now includes four annual awards of $25,000 Each
